What is Baypoint Food return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. At Baypoint food, we accept your return of what you purchased via our online store www.baypointfood.com subject to following conditions.

Please note: Shipping charges are Non-refundable.

 

Returns & exchanges

Return

Baypoint food.com offers a 7-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us immediately by sending us an e-mail to : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If there is a problem with the product that you receive, please email or call us within 7 days of receipt of your order and make sure to include the following:

* Your name.
* Your address.
* Your email address.
* Your order number, or the receipt or packing list.
* The reason for your return.
* Please state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

On receipt of your email, we will send you a return code and return shipping label. We will not give credit to your account if your item does not have a return code.
After you receive your return code, please wrap your package securely, and enclose a copy of the email that we send you with the return code.

In the event that you are returning perishable food items to us, they must be returned within 48 hours of your receiving the merchandise. All other items must be returned within 7 days of your receiving them.

We recommend that you return your package by an insured mail for your own protection. We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was received by the buyer damaged or the buyer received a wrong item.

If you chose a refund rather than an exchange, the full purchase price for the merchandise in your order will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

*No returns on perishable items unless they are not opened, or they are damaged on delivery. * Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged Item Return:

We will accept returns, if an item was damaged during shipping. Any item(s) returned must be returned with original invoice and original box (or packing material). We reserve the right to reject any refund if an item was damaged intentionally or if a different item was returned.



Exchange:

Items cannot be exchanged with any other item. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item. * It may take up to 7 business days or more to process your return after we receive the item back.
